~Overnight Stay~
Step 1: Scroll to the date you would like to attend and click "Overnight Stay"
Step 2: Enter your check in and check out dates
Step 3: Enter “1” for the number of guests staying in the bedroom
Step 4: Click the special rates drop down and enter promotional code "H2H"
Step 5: Press search
Step 6: After finding an available bedroom, click "Add to Reservation"
Step 7: Follow the rest of the prompts to book your bedroom
*These steps will unlock the bedrooms and rates that are only available to Heart to Heart guests.

What time can I get into my bedroom?
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: normal check-in is at 2 p.m. and check-out of bedrooms is 10 a.m. You are welcome to stay and savor the day with the Heart to Heart group! Saturday: normal check-in is at 2 p.m. (rooms maybe available earlier depending on housekeeping) and check-out is at 11 a.m.
What time do I need to arrive for my day away?
Please arrive in time to be adequately checked in and settled for our Thursday/Saturday group time to begin at 10 a.m.
Is registration required?
Yes! Registration for either an overnight stay or a day away is required. Our day fee is waived for overnight guests.
What is the cancellation policy?
Day Away's are non-refundable, but are transferable to another guest for only the event paid for.
Overnight stays will follow Sonlit's cancellation policy:
Notification MUST be received at least 30 days prior to the confirmed arrival date to receive a full refund or credit, less the credit card fees.
Cancellation 7-30 days prior to your arrival date will receive a 50% refund, less the credit card fees.
Cancellation less than 7 days from your arrival OR no-show reservations will not receive a refund.
Email cancellation notification is acceptable only if sent to info@sonlitretreats.com.
