These retreats are a gentle invitation to step away from the noise and into the loving presence of Jesus. Our heart is to create a space where women can exhale, be still, and encounter the deep love of God — right where they are, no pressure, no striving.
-
These retreats are for any woman who’s longing for rest, renewal, and a fresh touch from the Lord. Whether you feel weary, expectant, hurting, or just in need of time with Him — there’s a place for you here.
-
Not at all. Women from many different churches (or no church at all) come to these retreats. What matters most is your heart — come just as you are. Jesus will meet you here.
-
Heart To Heart welcomes women from all backgrounds, experiences, and journeys of the Christian faith. Please see our statement of faith page for more details on the specifics of our beliefs.

Yes, but it's a gentle rhythm designed to create space for both connection and solitude. We have created a welcoming space for the Lord to move in our midst as He invites us to lean into Him throughout devotional teaching, worship, sharing and times of prayer during the Morning Group Time. The rest of your personal retreat day is open for you to have lunch, read, rest, ponder, write, create, pray, etc. Please know there is no expectation to remain in community throughout your day, but we do invite you to our additional gathering times in the afternoon and evening for a rich time of fellowship. We recognize that some women approach their retreat day with a desire to connect with others, and we also know that quiet time away may be a rare treasure! We want you to be free to follow wherever the Lord may lead you!
10–11:30 AM (Thurs & Sat): Small groups with devotions, worship, scripture, sharing, and prayer.
Lunch: Enjoy in community or quiet solitude — whatever your heart needs.
1–3 PM: “Holy Hush Hours” for rest, reflection, and quiet time with the Lord.
3 PM: We informally gather to explore how we’ve encountered God. You’re welcome to stay into the evening.
5 PM: Fireside fellowship (weather permitting), with s’mores!

The morning gathering times are not optional — and for good reason. These sessions are truly the heartbeat of the retreat. It’s when we come together for teaching, worship, and prayer, and they foster beautiful connection and community among the women attending.
-
Yes — a blend of all three. There will be worship, scripture-centered encouragement, and time to just be still with the Lord. The flow is simple and Spirit-led.
-
Expect a pause. Our time includes worship, prayer, scripture, and restful stillness. The atmosphere is gentle, grace-filled, and deeply personal — not packed with activities, but filled with the presence of God.
-
Yes. There will be opportunities for personal prayer, either alone or with someone, if desired. We seek to honor the Holy Spirit’s leadership in this area.

These sessions are a sacred space to go deeper with Jesus. Led by one or two gentle, trusted facilitators, they offer time to slow down, be honest, and let the Lord come into the parts of your story that might feel painful, hidden, or hard to surrender. It’s not counseling—it’s a Spirit-led time of prayer, listening, and care, where you’re invited to bring your whole heart to Jesus and let Him meet you with truth, healing, and love. Sometimes these moments are filled with joy and light as the Lord speaks encouragement and hope. Other times, they’re tender places where we cry, release, and begin to heal. No matter what it looks like, Jesus meets you—fully and lovingly—right where you are.
-
Yes, absolutely! You won’t be alone for long. Many women come by themselves, and they’re always met with warmth, kindness, and open arms. From the very beginning, you’ll be gently welcomed and included. The Lord has a beautiful way of knitting hearts together quickly; there’s room for you here.
-
Yes! You can register for either a day-only or overnight stay. Both are filled with the same love, presence, and intention.
-
Yes. If you’re grieving, tired, confused, or in transition, you’ll be met with compassion here. Come just as you are. We are excited to welcome you in! May you know just how seen and loved you are.
-
You still are so welcome. This space is for the dry, the seeking, the doubting — not just the strong. He delights to meet you right where you are.
-
That’s beautiful. There are no expectations. Come with an open (or even uncertain) heart — we trust God will do what only He can.
-
We lovingly ask that you come solo. These retreats are set apart for women to rest, reflect, and be refreshed in the Lord without distractions — a gift to both you and your family. Exceptions are made for nursing infants.
-
Meals are not included. Guests bring their own food, while enjoying complimentary self-serve coffee and tea stations, as well as s’mores!
There are delicious homemade frozen meals available for purchase. Guests have access to the refrigerator, freezer and microwave located in the dining area and may use the shared kitchen at any time.
