At Heart to Heart, we believe that nurturing your body, as well as your soul, reflects the wholeness God desires for us—spirit, soul, and body.

During our retreat weekend, we offer optional massage appointments with Cassie, Sonlit’s licensed massage therapist, as a way to slow down, breathe deeply, and receive the gift of rest. This peaceful space is set apart for you—free from rush, expectation, or distraction—so you can simply be.

Massages are $70 for Overnight Guests and $75 for Day Away Guests. Availability is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your spot early!
